Honeganic is a registered provider of pure raw honey, bilona desi ghee, wood cold-pressed edible oils, dry fruits, and herbal wellness remedies. By accessing this store, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old or are using the service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Product Purity & Description

• We take every precaution to ensure all descriptions, lab parameters, net weights, and harvest origins listed on our website are accurate and authentic.
• Natural products (such as raw unheated honey) may naturally crystallize over time or show slight seasonal variations in color and aroma. Crystallization is a natural hallmark of raw, unprocessed honey.

3. Pricing, Currency & Order Acceptance

• All product prices displayed on the website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• We reserve the right to modify prices or correct typographical errors at any time prior to shipping confirmation.
• An electronic order receipt does not constitute final binding acceptance until the order has passed verification and has been dispatched.

4. Payment Processing (Premier PayFast & SBP Compliance)

We offer secure digital payments powered by Premier PayFast, an authorized Payment Service Operator / Payment Service Provider (PSO/PSP) licensed by the State Bank of Pakistan. Supported channels include:

5. Order Fulfillment & Title

Risk of loss and title for all merchandise pass to the customer upon delivery handover by our authorized courier partners (TCS, Leopards, Trax, PostEx). In the event of transit loss or breakage, our 7-day replacement guarantee applies.

All content, graphics, photographs, logos, slogans ("It's All About Honey"), product imagery, and software code on this website are the intellectual property of Honeganic and are protected under Pakistani copyright and trademark laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Honeganic shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from improper storage, misuse of products, or third-party courier delays beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any verified claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in dispute.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the civil courts in Pakistan.
